Judith S. Falle began practicing law in Regina in 1977 as a Crown Prosecutor with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice. She was responsible for prosecuting criminal matters in the Provincial Court and in the Court of Queen’s Bench. Later, she practiced as a Crown solicitor in the Civil Law Branch of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice, providing legal advice and services to various government departments and agencies.
Judith conducted a general legal practice with her husband, Rodger W. Linka, and assisted her husband with various aspects of his practice.
Judith had a particular emphasis in her practice in estate planning and administration and discretionary trusts. She was also actively engaged in commercial leasing.
Judith retired effective January 1, 2021.
